North Bay Campgrounds

The camp grounds itself, is about average! It would be better if the spaces themselves were further apart, so it wouldn't feel like you were right on top of one another. Plus you would have more privacy. But the place itself isn't very big, so it's understandable why the spaces are the way they are. The boat launch is functional. It's just to bad that the lake itself is so nasty. I thought the two or three years they spent dredging it was supposed to help clean it up, but as far as I can tell it hasn't made a bit of difference. But if you're just looking for a place to camp for a day or two or launch your boat it's not a bad little spot.

So beautiful and family orientated. Everyone we have meant here is amazing and before you know it you are exchanging phone numbers and new friends start feeling like old friends.

North Bay Campgrounds staff and Val have been amazing!!nWe joined the “camping world” quite abruptly as our house is being remodeled and we thought it was perfect time to buy a camper and have a mini summer vacation with kids. From the very first day everyone has been friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our teenage girls have honestly never been happier and so are we. We have reconnected as a family and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind.

We are happy with the location and price. Restrooms are kept clean and staff are very nice and helpful. Only downfall is there is no swimming due to blue/green algae. Other than that our family loves it here and would recommend to family and friends
