I recently went through a 6 day helicopter course of instruction at Beverly Airport and had the privilege of being hosted by North Atlantic Air. I was thoroughly impressed by the level of service and the overall friendliness of the entire staff. We received 5 star treatment in every aspect of our stay there, from use of their conference room for our ground training to the responsiveness and prompt service on the flight line. This was nothing short of premiere VIP service from beginning to end. The entire crew made us feel like royalty, but of particular note were Kim and Dane (I just didn't get everyone's names or I would mention more names). I can't say enough about their customer support and professionalism!

This Fixed Base Operator is excellent. The entire staff from John the owner to the new desk manager are all friendly, helpful and know what a pilot needs. I try to give them a call prior to arrival and they have been able to assist with rental cars, assistance for an elderly passenger or just making me feel at home. When you compare the cost of landing and fees from Bedford or Logan, it makes this airport seem like a really really smart choice. Instrument approaches are good and tower staff are welcoming and courteous. recommended for pistons and jets.
