Jim E. Helped in the transportation of a 2021 sea Ray 320. Everything I have asked for measurements wise he got back with me in a timely manner. As for the other people working the hard I cannot see the same they were not the politest people to deal with, Jim definitely went above and beyond unlike everyone else there I truly appreciate your help sir and look forward to doing more business in the future

Was waiting in line for gas. We finally was able to pull in at 4:31 and the gas person came up and said they close at 4:30 (even though web says 5) and refused to fill us up. I have a g25 and would have bought $200+ in gas. Thankfully I had enough gas to make it back to dock.nnPoor service and shortsighted.

Very pleased with our one day rental of a 90 HP pontoon boat a few days ago. We had 7 passengers to celebrate a birthday of one of my boys, and the entire experience was professional and issue-free. The boat wasn't new - it was only a year old - and compared to previous rentals we have tried from other companies' equipment the boat was pretty perfect. The instruction received from Dominic prior to our departure was thorough and clear to understand, and they were patient with us as we got our gear ready to go. We were able to drop some passengers off a few hours before the end of our rental, and they helped us dock and tie up to the moorings, making a novice's experience in doing so uneventful. When we returned at the end of the day we had an efficient refueling and charge (so much more reasonable vs. past rentals at another company), and we were on our way. We'd be happy to return and enjoy again down the road. My only suggestion would be to have some rental options for gear, like a tube etc. for the kids. We didn't want to spend $99 on a new one as we wouldn't use it, so no rental option was a minor bummer. Otherwise, this was pretty perfect. Thanks again.

After extensive shopping and so many not so good experiences in Greece and Rochester . Finding mike and mike and all employees has been a relief. They are polite accommodating and there repair shop and mechanics do a great job. I live in Greece and there were plenty of places to go to closer but for me it’s worth the hour Drive to go down there and have Smith boys Marina take care of my boat that I purchased from them and got a great deal. rented a pontoon boat here on probably the worst day ever to be out on the lake--choppy waters, cold, grey, overcast.... end of season. but there was no cancelling the reservation without penalty. so we ate it.. boat was brand new and easy to drive. my first time driving any boat all the way from the dock and into other docks...didn't have much of a problem. the dock where this boat was at Smith was pretty tight to get out of and into the water. they did a thorough job of explaining everything so all good
