Finger Lakes Golf Academy with Lauren Tallman

Lauren is extremely down to earth and a great instructor. I was in a major funk with my swing and after only 4 lessons she got me to understand the golf swing in a completely new way. I will continue to keep in touch with her and continue my lessons when needed. She saved my swing!!

Lauren does a wonderful job of teaching kids to develop a consistent foundation. My daughter’s first lesson focused on rotation during the backswing and follow through. Lauren provided her with a practice drill to work on before her next lesson. The second lesson she focused on swing control and structure. In 2 lessons my daughter is hitting her 9 iron 75 yards...pretty impressive considering she could never hit her irons.nnI highly recommend Lauren.

My first lesson with Lauren was of benefit 5 minutes into it. After a few of my normal mediocre strikes she pointed out how my hands were to close to my body at set up. Changing that and an adjustment to my takeaway improved ball striking MUCH better. Very patient and communicates in a way that is easy to soak in. Was going to take 2 lessons but will now take 5. Very much looking forward to it!

Lauren was great! My son's form had improved by the end of the 30-minute session, and he was asking when he could go back for another lesson on the way home. So we booked another one right away!

It was a pleasure working with Lauren. She quickly identified swing improvements that I know will improve my golf game. It was a birthday gift to myself, and worth my investment. I hope to check in as the season starts. Great lesson.
