Cashier stated their store policy is to require hand sanitizer use as condition of entry. I explained that I have severe eczema and therefore must wash hands with soap and water instead of using a product that will give my hands an instant rash. She denied me use of the restroom to wash my hands and denied us entry despite my willingness to use soap and water to comply with the clean hands policy. Hand hygeine is very important and it's disappointing they were unable to accommodate.
