Tom was a referral from a good friend. When I first called him, I was living out of state which could have made communication tricky. However, Tom always made himself available despite a busy schedule. Tom was honest and upfront with the details of my situation and always had my best interest in mind. I appreciated his transparency and honesty in setting realistic expectations - his message was always consistent. He is a fantastic attorney who I would highly recommend. Not to mention a great outcome.

Tom Branch is a terrific lawyer. He is not bullied by other lawyer's threats or flagrant attacks. He is very methodical in his approach and is always prepared. I was grateful that he trusted me to write my own responses prepare my own paperwork when it was appropriate. I appreciate his advice and counsel and am so grateful that he championed my efforts to gain custody of my girls.

Tom Branch is the best attorney out there. After working with 3 different attorneys on a complex custody case, it was incredibly refreshing to have someone like him on my team. His vast experience became very clear the moment we started working with him. He is confident in his skills and strategic in his approach. In addition to his outstanding professionalism, he is a good-natured individual with a calming way about him - which was relieving for the stressful situation we were in. He took over the case and had it resolved in a fair manner within a very short amount of time. He is efficient with his communication, keeping me in the loop with prompt responses and detailed updates. He is thorough and dedicated to his work, and it shows. I hired Tom Branch. He later on in my case had his assistant take his place at a mediation meeting for no apparent reason. This assistant proved to be incompetent, nervous and not fully informed of the important details of my child custody case. This made for a few embarrassing moments and fruitless mediation time.. I cried a river after.
