I went in to browse for wedding attire, and received prompt, friendly service- they helped me find my fit, and were not pushy at all. I am very pleased with everything overall, and will be returning to pick up my new suit!

Another great shopping experience. Its nice to be able to walk into the store and see familiar faces that great you by name. The customer service is second to none. Rachel is knowledgeable and won't steal you wrong no matter what you are shopping for. You won't find a better tailor then Hong in helping you get the perfect fit. They are not lying when they guarantee you are gonna like the way you look and you can't beat their prices.

We stopped by Mens Wearhouse this morning to pick up a perfect fitting 3-piece suit with little time to spare. We had called here twice this mlrming before stopping in and the young lady on the phone was nice and very helpful.nnJames met us at the door as I told him the dollar amount I wanted to spend. James Immediately began to measure me as we discussed my preference of colors as he started showing me different suits with knowledgeable suggestions.nnJames grabbed a great make suit that would be the suit that made the sale!nnAlterratios were addressed while I was there and I was able to walk out with a perfect fitting suit and tie in less than 30 mins!nnIm a very satified customer of the professionalism of the staff, the quick service and the overall experience of shopping at the Mens Warehouse on Commercial Drive in New Hartford NY! We can't say anything about the quality of the suits because they're designers. So I'm focusing on the customer service. It's not top shelf for the price you pay and the amount of money you spent. It's average service that's equivalent to any other retail store. Pretty sad but I can't deny that lots of employees try very hard to assist you to the best they can but lack the professionalism as far as remembering you and what you want specifically. We're going to be doing our suit shopping online, at least if the alterations aren't good we can blame ourselves for taking the measurements incorrectly, lolol. It's not like we are professionals
