They were ready and waiting for me when I showed up. Made the process very easy. Associate was very polite and placed in back of my car. No contact and were both wearing masks!! Great experience and was easy from start to finish !!

When I was there today, I found an empty cardboard display where certain action figures would have been placed. The cardboard was for a promotion that has already ended, so it likely would have just been thrown out. I’m in many groups for collecting these kinds of action figures, and many people get to either buy, or have these displays when found empty after promotion ends. So I carried the cardboard to the first worker I found, Kevin, in electronics. As I asked him if I am simply able to purchase the cardboard display, before I even finished my question, he aggressively snatched the cardboard out of my hand, almost threateningly saying “no absolutely not”, as he proceeded to carelessly toss the display behind the electronics desk and walk away from me. He could have offered to check with a manager, or at least kindly tell me it was a store rule or something and I would have accepted it. But for his complete crudeness and 0 customer service acumen, this 1 star review isn’t really on the store, but on Kevin from electronics. Other workers I have dealt with have been great, but Kevin, not so much.

Fast, easy and very convenient! I was extremely happy that I was able to change my order from pick up to drive up using the Target app.!!!

I went in the am to get a steam cleaner for my carpets and furniture. They did not have the model or brand I was looking for and so I asked for other options. Their website stated they had them in stock but as it turns out they did not. I admit I was more then a little ticked off and even shouted a bit but who would not when you asked why their website did not say it was website only? Why did it say they had it in store? I was told I should have called ahead? Is one suppose to every time a customer wants something? I am glad my angry could give your staff a few laughs...
