This store is unfair on new releases you go in and see people leave with multiple pairs and then when you go in they say there is no more pairs available no more will they get my business.

This place is awesome the return policy is a little sus but I’ve bought so many shoes here and I love the guys that work here and they have great deals all the time

Great selection, real fast service

My son purchased a pair of sneakers with cash, went to return them the next day and was told only a store credit would be given. NOTHING was told to us that the credit had to be used within 120 DAYS, not on the receipt or anyplace visible. My son could not find anything in the store to replace them so we held out until after Christmas and for new spring shoes. When we went to make the purchase they told us the credit had expired and we were basically out of the $130. Now I am fighting to try to even talk to anyone who will handle my complaint at the store level, all I am told is there is no one I can talk to and the online customer service doesn't handle store issues. BEYOND MAD CUSTOMER!!!
