Statue City Cruises Battery Park/ Liberty Island

The ferry ride was great and we got to see the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. The ferry goes to those 2 spots every 30 minutes and brings you to Ellis Island if you are at the Statue of Liberty and brings you back to New York City if you are at Ellis Island. The ferry's are very big and they can fit a lot of people.

One the best cruises which not only is punctual with good upper deck for view. Also, it disembark it’s passenger in both ‘Statue of Liberty’ and ‘Ellis Island’. The boat leave these islands every 1hr. It’s also light to your pocket.

TSA are pretentious and rude. You do not need to tell us the law and act as if you are ready to lock us up. We were unaware maze was not allowed in your state. Get over yourself. Especially to have the cop (I believe) tell us NY was sooo safe because of the amount of cops at every street corner LOL that’s exactly why we were followed to our hotel multiple times by creepy men the few days we were here ud83dudc4dud83cudffd I definitely understand why this state has issues with their police officers

I enjoyed the ride, boat was clean and it was very organized. They followed all the mask and distancing protocols. Which I appreciated and I felt very safe. That was the fist time I visited both Liberty and Ellis Island and I enjoyed it. It was totally worth it and the price was great.

We bought tickets back before the pandemic...for early May tickets....of course our trip was cancelled as the state was closed down. We STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A refund!!!! They can take your money in a second but not return it. They keep telling me oh it's our computers, or we are low staffed now...or now it's we are back to work but it's taking some time.....what.! It's almost November! Really?! It's a shame because we would have went eventually but now.....you guys screwed that. Seriously. If you can take immediate payment....you should be able to refund just as easy. Especially since New York was CLOSED DOWN so there would have been NO WAY to go! I have wrote multiple emails since April. I think almost 8 months of waiting is pretty bad......
