Bethesda Terrace

There is so much about Central Park to love. The time of year plays a big role on where to go. Bethesda Terrace is a year round favorite of mine. In a relatively small area there are many elements. Water, the fountain and the pond complementing one another. The beautiful stairs leading down to the terrace from the park street. The lower passage is ornately decorated in a passed era artwork.

Lovely fountain....but crowded on the weekends

Central Park always great but especially coming out of winternSome tress/bushes have buds. Much bird activity. Saw Bard owl up in his fave tree & perch. Spring is on its way.

This place was once a very active place years ago they had restaurants in it and all kinds of things outside of it as well.nNow you have musicians playing there music which is nice as well but I think it was better the way it used to be year's ago with the restaurant that was there.
