Hernshead Rocks

A beautiful hidden spot in the middle of central park. It's a great place to stop and take a break and enjoy the view. It's easy to forget your in the middle of NYC

Absolutely my favorite part of the entire Central Park! It's really chill even during day time; however, being there in the summer at night time is the best. It's a great spot if you just want to slow down in a big city while admiring the beauty skyline of NYC.

This fairly secluded cluster of rocks provides a great view of the skyline in Manhattan! You can lay out on the rocks, or sit and enjoy the view quietly. To get to this, there is a small walk path. You may see people filming here - it seems like a great place to take pictures and enjoy the view in relative quiet. You'll be treated to small boats as they row past (rentals).
