Kevin provided the BEST customer service I've experienced in a very long time! He is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, flexible and accommodating. He went above and beyond to meet my needs and to assist me in many ways. Kevin is one of those rare, genuine people that make a mundane task- like finding a storage unit- a little bit more pleasant.
Honestly the staff made it a great experience! The moment I walked in to rent the unit that day to the last day of moving out and cleaning up. Every staff member was friendly and super helpful! Especially JR, both times He went above and beyond to help with my storage unit.nGreat staff! Location is clean, well lit, my storage unit was easy to access loading furniture in and out with the loading dock bays you can use. Great experience highly recommend.
