This business has had scaffolding up and around the block for nearly 7 years because the building failed a facade safety inspection and the owners won't fix it. The other businesses on that block are suffering from this company's lack of responsibility.
I have a very good opinion of Sofia Storage. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I haven't had any difficulty at all with dropping boxes off and Ron and Francis have always been very friendly and helpful moving them. The facility is clean and I have stored with them now for over a year!
Would be great if the cleaned things and fixed things up a bit more
