Never had an issue with this facility or the previous owners. Treasure island is ahead of its time, they have always been a no contact facility. They do their best to keep the place running. It's well lighted, clean and the elevators are always working. When they are closed or if their is a schedule change they send notifications to my email. Notices arenposted visibly in elevators. If you are looking for a safe secure place to store your items - I recommend Treasure Island.
From the telephone call prior to arriving up to arrival all interactions were pleasant and efficient. It is so important when all departments are on the same page.
My experience was great.! The staff is absolutely the best. Friendly, accommodating and soo helpful. It was really nice personally for me because I used their storage several years back and she actually remembered me from all those years ago. It was such a small thing but she really made my day. The pricing was fair.nIt’s not often that u come across an establishment that that treats you fairly, and with respect courtesy and care in lower income communities.nI’m sad that I need a storage unit again but I’m happy I returned to America Storage which is now called Treasure Island. New name same great Staff..!

The office and property were very clean, the units themselves seemed well maintained and the prices were fairly basic. All in all I could have gone anywhere else and gotten the same unit but what sold me on Treasure Island Storage was their customer care services. They were so friendly and really tried to explain everything to me so I knew what I was getting into. So glad I got to meet them.
