Victor was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to explain everything without any confusion. He knew his way around the place so effortlessly. I’m very pleased with my experience at Public Storage. Location is also great and the space is exactly what I needed! Thank you Victor!!

Fantastic customer service from this Public Storage. I've been to others and they do not compare. As soon as I came in I was immediately greeted and was asked what did I need help with. Was shown a few spaces because I was indecisive but Crystal was extremely patient with me. I didn't get to rent but I was instructed by her about their e-rental/electronic option which is fantastic due to the pandemic. Will definitely be renting the space. Also shout outs to Miguel who greeted me from the beginning and made me feel welcomed from the start. Great job guys!

Crystal was amazing! Came in looking for a space and she helped us save tons of money by directing us towards their e-rental option. This worked out perfectly since I wasn't moving in right away. I really appreciate it and great customer service!

This Public storage in Gerard ave is amazing. Very polite personnel, and such a serviceable maintenance guy! Mr. Mike was the most helpful and always on it if you need any help with your lock or help with anything really.. Amazing service! Miguel from the front desk was also great. Clean spaces and great attentive people. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service from Crystal. I came into make my payment from a different location and she was absolutely wonderful. As soon as I walked in she greeted me immediately and handled everything so smoothly. I wish I was storing here!
