I've had my items in this storage facility for almost 2 years with frequent visits to swap seasonal clothing and grab items. The staff here is very friendly and helpful. I've actually never used the free storage shuttle service (since I live close by) and just made my first reservation tonight and Dioni was amazing! He provided excellent customer service, was very informative, professional, and kind. Thank you, Dioni!!!
I had the best and breeziest experience moving my belongings! I had initially been worried about moving my 9 heavy boxes during a pandemic but the assistant manager at the 21st street storage location, Deniese, was so incredibly helpful and friendly. She, along with Hector and Alf were so considerate, listened to my needs, and was able to help me find a simple solution to move my things with their help (not to mention how organized and quick the system was in bringing my things to the street level). Absolutely loved this experience — will certainly be using Manhattan Mini Storage again if the need arises!
Amazing service and staff at this location specifically. I have been using this company for storage over the summer for 3 years now and this is by far the best location. Carr was the best driver and made sure all of my fragile items were taken care of and placed in the shuttle in the perfect way. The staff helped me to move all of my things on the freight elevator so that all the carts went up at once. Highly recommended!!!
This is MY Storage Location and I've been a customer since April 2011!! Denise (the Manager) at this location i(510 W. 21st St) is AWESOME!! She Always takes my calls. Always professional. Always kind. And her staff is exactly the same. I LOVE YOU MMS!! Thank You for Always being there for me! If you need Storage anywhere in Manhattan - Manhattan Mini Storage is the Best!
Gold standard of service. You would be hard pressed to find this level of service excellence anywhere. Tony is truly amazing at explaining options, finding the best deal and offering expert advice. I came out of MMS actually feeling lucky I had chosen this MMS site. Would recommend 100%!
