So professional, easy, and a huge relief! I had low expectations for the curbside shuttle pickup based on the website description that we had 10 minutes to load our own items, so I was overjoyed when they arrived and were super helpful, patient, and experienced. Bentley was the driver and he was clearly a pro, and so kind. Front desk staff was also amazing and remembered my name the next day. Honestly this was the least stressful part of my move. Highly recommend!
From the time I signed up for storage at this location to the time I vacated my unit, I have always been provided excellent customer service by their friendly staff. I initially spoke with Carmen regarding my vacate notice over the phone and was fortunate enough to have dealt with her on the day I vacated my unit as well. Carmen went above and beyond to assist me and helped prevent my move from turning into a nightmare!! Thank you again for everything, Carmen!!
Everything went smooth. Very courteous and professional. Used their movers. Great rate and service.
On Sept.21 2020 I had to clear out a storage unit of a deceased friend, I was fortunate to have employee Jessica assist with everything, she was very helpful, very pleasant and during this tough time made things a bit easier. Thank you Jessica
