Very secure storage facility. The staff is very professional and accommodating to customers questions & needs. Excellent management.
One of the best self storages in the NYC area. You actually have room to get a truck into their parking lot! Very clean as well!!
Very much convenient location very clean and was able to get all the questions answered and they knew what they were talking about and willing to take the time to show me the space that I was interested in and it was economical
Super clean. Carpeted halls. Super clean restrooms. Decent sized elevators that both work! Only complaint is narrowest halls I've seen in a storage facility.
I have been a customer at Manhattan Mini Storage for over 10 years. While the space and facilities are accommodating enough, I am prompted to write this review based on the stellar customer service that I received at the E 110th St location. Ashley was a super star when I had an issue with switching units- she went above and beyond and was extremely pleasant during the many times that we interacted. I wanted to shout out Ashley and let the internet know that she serves some of the BEST customer service around!
