Very disappointed with this storage facility. When the first day came it was wonderful they were amazing. Afterwards the service was low level. I kept complaining that the pin code locked door is broken everyone walks in all walks of life homeless people harassing you if you are selling something. People approaching you like they want to rob you. This is disgusting how to is company is running there business when our belongings are under there care without any type of security. If my storage unit is broken into I will be in court because I complained and complained numerous times. I picked this place because it was new and around the block from my apartment. What a disappointment. I do not recommend this place to anyone. You are told to call corporate when you complain and are not given a phone number . Disgraceful!!!!!

I must say the cubesmart self storage located in midtown manhattan is first rate and ranks in the best in the nation. You'll notice how the store manager, Larissa demonstrates total command of information and product, welcoming new clients to this location with sophisticated professionalism. This store in the heart of nyc is an essential enhancement to the Manhattan experience. Well done!!!

Stay away from this place. My clothes got ruined from infestation and the team doesn't really care about it. They push you away because they don't want to take the responsibility of such a thing.nVery irresponsible business to deal with. In the beginning they are extremely nice to you till you move in after that they don't care at all. Every year your rate will increase but the quality of service goes down. Most of the time place stinks from bad odors.nManagement is a disaster from local to district they never respond to you in timing maner. It's been weeks that am dealing with them and is not coming to end and am in the middle of moving. Make a favor to yourself stay away, you don't want that headache in your life bringing infestation home

Such friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Jc helped us move our stuff from one unit to another. Super helpful ! Great staff , good experience!

Very clean, excellent service. Great fit while I stored my bikes while waiting for my apartment's bike storage room wait list to reach me. Only negatives would be the price ($133 a month) and that it's not 24/7 (6am to 9pm). But I'm very satisfied.
