I rented a unit here to store some of my furniture and I get why the reviews are so good - the staff here is excellent.nnThis was my first time getting storage space so I didn't really know what I was doing. Gary at the front desk helped me out and was super thorough and patient getting me set up. He was transparent about the cost and the fees they charge and walked me through all the paperwork so I knew what I was signing.nnLocation is clean and felt secure. Access to the units closes at 6.00PM most nights which seems early but at least they're up front about it.nnYou'll be required to buy a special lock from them and have insurance on your unit - check if your renter's / homeowner's insurance will cover your stuff so you don't have to pay extra.nnI would recommend.
Mariel was the most helpful person I've had at any storage unit in my multiple experiences of moving. She helped work the elevator, manage movers coming in and out, and communicating with me the whole way. Can't recommend this location enough!
