Amber was amazing! I locked myself out of my car this morning as I was trying to leave for work and she got my door open in just a couple of minutes. They also gave me a good price because I was in a bit of a jam and my rent bill is due today. Thank you Amber!!
The quality of the work was 100% satisfactory, but the price was astonishing and more than double the "high end" national average for rekeying a house. Apparently, the verbal quote I received over the phone did not include an ADDITIONAL $300 worth of work due to a "miscommunication." Lesson learned: should have stuck with the quote I had in writing from Best 24hr Locksmith for $199.
