St. Joseph's Park

Beautiful piece of architecture still standing. It occasionally attracts junkies looking to smoke some crack off the street, but overall a peaceful place. It's a great spot for wedding photos and possibly even to host a wedding reception.

This is where we got married and it was wonderful. Such a beautiful space we worked with Bri of Bella Events and it was perfect. Everything they said the could help with (which was a lot) they did. We also had our reception at the Wilder Room, which is also run by Bella Events. That meant that Bri worked with us from start to finish for the day and was with us every step of the way. She would joke that you get a wedding planner for free, but she really was a tremendous help. You still do the odds and ends but she is there to make sure they all fit together and run smoothly. Working with both venues allowed us to have or reception in the Wilder Room of it rained (thankfully it didn’t). The unique aspect of this is Bri is comfortable letting you decide if you are moving the location of the ceremony between space up till the hour before. That way you don’t have to guess of it is raining or not, you can just wait and see.nnDon’t forget the have them ring the bells in the tower when the announce you as husband and wife too!

Very nice little venue. Attended a wedding ceremony there. I thought the preservation of the church was a great idea and it is well kept.
