This is the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with for any reason. They don't have real set hours. When you need someone you have to call a billion times and hope for an answer. When I first stored half my things I came back with my uhaul truck to store the rest and they weren't there...I called countless times and no one arrived. In order to not receive additional uhaul charges I had to store the rest some place else....so that's two storage units I had to pay for because they were not there. And it was only 2 or 3 in the afternoon btw abd they claim to close at 5....just please never go there. Go to Central Storage. Much more professional and readily available..
