They came on time, diagnosed the problem, took the ceiling fixture to get a new socket and returned within the hour on the same day. I couldn't have asked for more .

My first experience here for a generalnelectrical issue was positive but my second was awful. The electrician took a brass Sputnik chandelier to the shop to shorten the rod and remove two arms. He kept the light for three weeks without an estimate as to what it would cost to repair. I had to hound them for answers and then finally they said they couldn’t repair it at all. They returned it to me and when I had an electrician come who is actually trained to work with vintage fixtures, he told me they had turned the wiring so the light no longer worked so I had to pay to have it re-wired again. They do not have expertise to work with vintage fixtures and misrepresented themselves to me, costing me both time and money.
