Deerpark / New York City NW KOA Holiday

Second night all power out it was sooo cold 10 pm no more kao workers around!!! No emergency contact number!!! In the morning still no power ne heat.. and workers soo disrespectful..DO NOT GO THIS PLACE...NO POWER NO no HELPERS ATT ALL...

this place waste time no good worker no friendy no any emergency contact number if you chk out little late they ask money go differrent place i swear this place realy garbage no power all night it was soo cold..do not go this place!

BEWARE: This KOA doesn’t adhere to KOA corporate policies. We unfortunately had to cancel our stay and despite KOA corporate’s timeline for cancellation this location will not refund our $$. Pretty sad during these times with so much uncertainty, this outfit chooses to take advantage and gouge us hundreds dollars! Again, we met KOA’s timeline!

cabins are dirty. No cleaning. It's 10:40 pm.no electric and there's nobody around, neither an emergency phone number. Don't spend money this place........

Decided to go camping Fourth of July weekend 2020, and was thrilled to see there were vacancies at the Deerpark KOA.nnSadly, this KOA is one of the most rundown and dilapidated I have ever seen. The grounds are over grown and messy. The trees are in desperate need of pruning.nn1) The sewer pipe at my site was literally broken off and just set in the ground.n2) They claim to offer cable television at an additional fee, but the cable wire was cut off at our site, therefore no cable.n3) Arrived about 1/2 hour before check in time, and was charged a $5.00 early check in fee, even though half the park was empty. Which did not cause them any additional effort to get me into my site.nnI had stayed at this campground a few years ago, and it wasn't the mess it is now.nnI will stay at another campground in the area next time.
