One shopping.trip I dropped like over $500 on my 2 daughter's for their school clothes and the young lady was very friendly, helpful and courteous.I let her supervisor know she was very helpful and her supervisor was like she spent how much?She was very appreciative towards her employee for being courteous and me spending so much money.Love this store.

Today is 9/27/19 around 1:40nI stop in at the Lake Avenue store to look around to see if I could find something I like. When I walked in no sales associate greeted me nor any other customers that came in. One associate pass by and didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. I did found something I like, because of the poor tactics of customer service I refuse to buy anything. Normally I don’t do any reviews but I’m seen a lot of business that need to teach associate customer service skills.
