My 15 and 16 year old wanted to learn to ski. Upon a friend's recommendation we headed to Dry Hill. It is a bit rustic and small but it has everything you need. Everyone was very friendly. You can see all of the ski hill runs from the lodge. I was able to sit in the lodge and watch from the windows. My kids took the Never Ever ski lesson and loved it so much they then took the Second Never Ever ski lesson. Instructors helped them on the chair lift in the second lesson and skied down the hill several times. My kids stated how friendly the instructors were to them. They also have a snack counter with chicken fingers and hamburgers. Next time we will also try the tubing hill. I highly recommend for beginners. But the ski area does also have some other ski runs for the advanced skier. It was a great day at Dry Hill ski area.

Family friendly! All the employees are kind and accommodating! I went here with my sister and we took a ski lesson! We are from Arizona and have never been skiing! Aiden our instructor was so nice, he was patient and really gave his full attention to us! I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with Aidens approach to teaching! I highly recommend Dry Hill to families wanting to have a fun day together! I also took my daughters (5/9 years) for a skiing lesson and the instructors again were amazing and they had a blast!

Love the little town lodge feeling of the place. I also appreciate that they have a consignment store where you can buy or sell your used skiing and snowboarding gear. If you need any repairs they also have a shop on site. Can get pretty busy but its worth it.

HUGE shout out to the tubing staff today! It was our first family run with our 4 year old daughter. We didn't know what to expect! From the very nice young man hooking up the tubes, the sweet young lady unhooking the tubes at the top, to the patient kind young man holding my tube so I didn't fly down the hill before I was ready lol. You ALL made our first experience a great one and because of you, we will be back! Good luck to each of you and thank you so much for your patience and kindness.

My best friend and I sat in the lodge while the kids did some tubing. The bartender was really friendly, the fire was nice and cozy. The food was like stadium style snacks but it wasnt bad.
