Villages of the Turning Stone

Our family has camped at The Villages many times. This is easily one our favorite places to camp in NYS. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The facilities are clean and among the best we've used. We have reserved several different sites, and have enjoyed each one. The Villages is a true resort type RV Park, complete with shuttles to the casino if that's your thing, or you want a nice meal. See pictures, and don't miss Halloween weekend!

This place is wonderful.nLet's start with the site. The site was blacktoped and was back in. We had full hookups. The site was a little tight. The sewer hookup was good height wise to allow downward slope from trailer to sewer.nFire ring is good size. Each site has a trash can outside that hangs on a post which is very convenient.nThere are many additional features at this campground. They have walking trails, paddle boats, pool, volleyball court, tennis courts. You can catch a shuttle to and from the Turning Stone Casino 24 hours a day. There are several bathrooms throughout the campground.nLots of place to bike ride and walk your dogs. Colors on the trees were peak. We went the first week of October.nIf you haven't been, I would highly recommend this campground especially after Covid as they have a lot to offer. They close middle of October but start booking for the following season thereafter.

Wonderful campground with lots of space between sites, hiking, and tons of amenities.

Good rates. Nice campsites. Pool is not open due to covid pandemic.
