The lady that runs the office (Josephine) is often rude they do not stick by what they say my wife spoke to her and told her we would be leaving a check in the drop box on a Friday and she said as soon as she got to the office and found the check she would remove the double lock so that we could access it on Saturday. I went there Saturday and it was still double locked and we had to wait till Monday when my wife called her. I then took everything spare minute and started to empty it out and even lost a day off work so I could get it empty and not have to deal with her again. I will never use them again and will tell all my friends not to use them
