Great Customer Service, Friendly and Courteous. I went in to get my fob reset. I called the dealership and they quoted me $150. I called my mechanic and he recommended EZ Keys so I drove down without calling and i told them my problem one of the technicians came out with me and set my fob in less than a minute, the kicker was no charge!! No one does that anymore. Although I wasn't charged I was told they are very reasonable and obviously very knowledgeable. Don' t waste your time at the dealership. If you have key needs go there, so worth the drive.

I needed a very small job done.. one of my key fobs died and I needed a new battery installed. I had been putting it off out of just laziness. I go to EKeys4Cars in North Andover without an appointment. The gentlemen behind the desk replaced the battery for me in less than one minute (not an exaggeration). It only cost me $5. I'm impressed.. would come back here for other services now.

I can't say enough about the service I received this afternoon from Josh! I lost BOTH sets of keys to my car . Went back and forth with Subaru, and was told I would have to have my car towed to the dealership and leave it 3-4 weeks due to COVID, (I also have a remote starter so I was told the keys would have to be made at a Subaru factory with remote starter and be programmed together). I decided to not worry about remote starter and simply have the keys replaced. Josh was amazing, arrived promptly, was very professional and patiently repeated what my options were and prices. Can't beat the cost and time vs what the dealership quoted me. Bonus: Before Josh left he offered me a neon yellow lanyard for my spare key so I won't lose it! I highly recommend Ekeys4cars if you are looking for replacement keys!
