Bethany was putting herself out there to assist every customer she could, she came back to me multiple times to make sure I was good, make sure I had a size I needed, took out the ladder several times to get me different sizes and look for different sizes, she was amazing. She made me feel like I was not bothering her, she had time to look for an item that I wanted, she was very polite, it's very hard to come across customer service like this nowadays. Additionally, the other customer service Representatives that I ran into throughout the store were polite as well, this was a great experience here. Thank you.

I like Zumiez simply because it's the only place in Watertown that sells snowboarding gear. If it weren't for that I wouldn't frequent here as often. The workers in the store seem to avoid conversation with customers like we have a sickness they can catch. There isn't a huge inventory of snowboards that Zumiez has available in the store but you can have stuff shipped to the store which is pretty fast and convenient. The clothes they sell are trendy with the younger adult age group.
