Such kind staff! Got my first vaccine & they answered all my questions and made sure we all felt comfortable.

Staff has no idea what they are doing. Online it says the pharmacy is open at 8. I called and it said they weren’t open till 11. So I called again to ask a staff member and she said “I think it’s open it should be open at 9” I told her I called and the voicemail said it’s not open till 11 and she said “oh I guess it’s not open till 11 then I don’t know”. Train the staff to know the hours of WHERE THEY WORK. She couldn’t have looked over and checked to see if they were open? And update the hours online while you’re at it.

Today at Walgreens on state at, I was refused to checkout at the photo department when I picked up my photos. Angelina handed me the photos and said I had to go up front to put for them. I've never been refused to be checked out before. Terrible customer service.
