As soon as we walked in we had horrible service.nThere is a sign on the inside of the door that said leave your shoes here for the safety of others, and I can understand that but when the lady came out to see us she was like leave your shoes here and go.then we asked if we could bring them with us and she said NO.we did not want them to get stolen and she said they don’t look good so don’t worry about it. then the smaller kids were waiting at the counter for our shoes and the person at the counter asked how many we said hang on a sec we are not ready and with attitude said well the longer you wait the less time you have to bowl and we were like what? And she said if you are going to give me attitude then you can get your shoes and leave. But we weren’t giving her attitude another person from our party asked what was going on and she told us her story which was not what happened and then she told us to get our shoes and leave. If I could I would rate it 0 stars
We had a really great vist while our son had his tournament.
Great place and Great owners
First time visiting from out of state and the staff were not friendly, accommodating, nor helpful when we were confused as to why shoes were needing to be left at the door. When asked if they can be kept close to us we were told no and if they were stolen it was our responsibility.nnTL;DR Place sucks. Terrible service.
They kicked us out for suposuble having an atutide and it my uncles birthday and all he said was we did not have a number
