Rich was so wonderfully warm and helpful when my husband and I needed a unit on short notice. He set us up right away with what we needed. When my husband and I got in the car on the way home, I remarked what a great experience we had had with Rich! From start to finish, the process was easy, friendly, and professional. We highly recommend!

I should have done this review several years ago. I hope better late than never! I needed to find a storage unit on short notice when my brother had to move into assisted living. I was also from out of town. Rich was so helpful during a stressful, emotional situation . He helped make a difficult situation SO much easier. I am forever in his debt- a wonderful human being and great employee. And the facility was kept up so well when I was back 9/2019 to start emptying out the unit.I still enjoy talking with him when I call to pay and do not look forward to the day I empty out the storage unit and no longer have a reason to call!

Guardian Self Storage on Rt 376 Wappingers Falls is amazing. Rich has such an infectious personality and was so welcoming! We called several areas to get pricing and availability and most were not even willing to discuss anything more than, NOPE we don't have anything now. We really need a storage area to clear out my parents home and Rich came through in a pinch and all worked out. Signing up was a breeze and meeting Rich in person was an even better experience!! Thank you

Best Guardian Self storage we have used! Rich has been very helpful, friendly, and courteous with us. When we needed to add an additional unit, they worked with us to stay at this location and within a week we were in. Our belongings are safe, and ready for us when we need them .nThank you!!

Very happy with the rental. First time utilizing one, the lady who assisted me was very nice and not pressuring in any way. I reserved the unit in late August with it activating in September. Pleased with the ease and accommodation of the process.
