David's Bridal

I went there with my mom and future mother-in-law and I’ll tell you what! That was the best experience ever! I definitely had a great time. Kassidy helped me look beautiful in every single dress I tried on! She helped me with veils (in which I have two also!) and everyone was so nice! Everyone was complimenting me on my dress and that was the best feeling ever! Can’t wait to take my girls there for their dresses!

I went to David’s for my comeback bridal appointment yesterday. I really didn’t have a good experience. The girl who was helping me was not there half the time. I ended up going to look for dresses myself. I worked at this store for 8 years. Idk if they thought I knew how it worked and didn’t need my help or what. The manager that day never came over and introduced herself. No thanks to them, I finally picked a dress that I LOVED!!! Come to find out it is discontinued and has never even been made in my size!! I even said something about it coming in my size as she was pushing for me to buy it right then and she said yeah it’s fine. Obviously she didn’t even check. Called today to talk to a manager and she did apologize but that doesn’t get me the dress I love. Very disappointed

This is the second visit we have had with Davids Bridal in Horseheads and what an incredible experience! They are so attentive, caring, understanding and go well above and beyond to make this such a special time. First time visit I was so nervous that I wouldn't find the wedding dress, I hated everything I picked. Then our specialist brought THE ONE!!! This second visit we went for brides maid dresses and I walked in with so much excitement. Everyone in my party found a dress they loved and their dresses were ordered in our colors with no issues! Thank you Davids for making this such a wonderful experience!

My daughter and I recently bought her wedding dress at David’s in Horseheads. As many brides have found, it’s been a very difficult year. We had to postpone her wedding from 2020 to this year. Danielle waited on us and was amazing. Extremely professional, kind, and attentive. The store has been completely transformed with new management and alterations. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

My experience in David's had always been the best! Never have I ever had a problem with any of the staff, they are always very nice! I love that they are honest and there as an advocate for you whether it be for your bridal gown, bridesmaid dress or even prom, they are they to help you look your best for what ever occasion!
