It seems like whenever I go there , there is a certain deal going on . Like this time it was buy 3 get 3 free in the perfume section . So I grabbed 6 items . I asked the person behind the desk beforehand if those items correlated with the deal and she said yes, and then she charged me full price for every single one . This isn't the first time it has happened either . False advertising is what it is

One of my favorite places to go in the mall. I love the variety yet I always end up with the same scents! I bought a ton of new ones this year. The store is always clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

I honestly think quite a few of the associates here are racist. I’ve never been watch so hard in a store before. They didn’t even greet me when I walKed in, unlike the several other customers they greeted. I left out crying. This same thing happened at the VS pink store in the same mall. This is truly unacceptable. I don’t think I will ever go to this mall again.

Love their products great prices and they are good for sending out coupons to their customers

Really don't understand how the same management is still in place. Called customer service to verify policies multiple times because they try to tell you wrong ones that suit their numbers and sales instead. Not friendly. How can you manage a place if you've said you can't stand your return policy?
