Be very careful shopping here! I returned something they credited my account and then 19 days later they charged my card again and having a very hard time getting my money back! Wouldn't EVER shop here again

I like that they have some mens clothing items that I like at great prices. However I will not be shopping here again. There are very questionable shoppers in this store, some not wearing masks at all. No one from management was even interested in addressing this, no management visible on the shop floor at all and just a feeling of it being a very unsafe place to be. Give it a wide berth!

Terrible customer assistance. They carried a pair of boots I needed a size larger ordered and they told me they could not look it up and I would have to do it myself, they didnt even try to look or point me in a direction.

Burlington has pretty decent clothes at reasonable prices. They have a huge selection even for big and tall men. The only reason for my less than stellar rating was that my wife had to use the bathroom and it was so disgusting that she was unable to use it. We had to leave and go to penny's to use their bathroom. The lines at the checkout were very, very long despite the fact that there were very few people in the store.

Always nice workers. Great prices. Great variety. Wish they carried more casual dresses.
