It's a close out store that has a little something for everyone. One of the items I purchased had a fail within a day of my ownership. I called the store and the manager was very helpful assisting me.

Love the clothes and prices @ the Horseheads store! However, every time I’ve gone there Debbie the cashier is extremely rude! I asked the other woman who works there if she is always so rude to customers & she said “oh yeah, we just had two people quit no notice so it’s been a little crazy around here” Well honestly if I had to work with Debbie I would quit too! If she can’t handle her job to the point where she is stuck up & miserable to paying customers maybe she shouldn’t work a customer service job.

Always affordable and great buys. It is the type of store that the products change constantly, so you have to go with an open mind.
