Lots of interesting details and facts about the history of the area and the foundation of welch's grape juice. Great place to start a wine tour!

It's all about the grapes!!! We stopped this past week at the discovery center on our way over to some area wineries. This was a nice spot to learn about growing grapes and why the Lake Erie area is a great place to grow them. The displays were well put together and informative. It takes about 15-30 min to go through. We also did a few tastings before purchasing a few bottles to take home. There is a gift shop w everything grape themed. We look forward to stopping here again when we are in town.

Great little stop while we were traveling. You get to learn something you otherwise wouldn't really think about. They have complimentary grape juice which is excellent. Also offer wine tastings of the regional wines in the area.
