Well maintained park with many activities including a sand beach, golf course, hiking and biking trails, etc. Active bald Eagle nest right down the river (outside of park).
We went on opening day for trout. My two boys and I go every year. Had a great time.
I enjoyed the fall hiking scene. Most of the trails were clearly marked and the views were beautiful.

Pretty extensive cross country ski trails. Nice park. Good parking. Main trail uses the old canal tow path.
