They are so incompetent here. Everytime I have come here there was some issue. They cant get basic stuff right like asking for birthdays. They do not listen, and it has caused many problems. The pharmacist, Britnney, is rude and unprofessional. The only reason I go here, is because it is the closest CVS drive thru near me.

The pharmacy staff is unprofessional, a pharmacy tech violated a person's HIPPA rights at the drive through window last Sunday, I have attempted to contact the MA DPH however was unable to get through , I will continue to attempt to file a formal complaint, my suggestion to anyone who values their own self worth is to change pharmacies today, what occurred this past Sunday evening was beyond unacceptable, even during a pandemic, and let me be clear - I am a medical professional also working in an elevated stress environment during this pandemic, this pharmacy is unethical and will not respect your privacy

Terrible service. If they don't know the answer, they just hang up. Not like a disconnected call, the pharmacy tech, Joe, said bye first.
