CKO Kickboxing Clark

I have been trying all the 3 cko not just the one in Edison. So far I like ALL OF THEM!!! I like all the instructors. They really motivate each member from beginner to advanced!!! Don’t look for any other boxing place!!! This is the best place to be fit and stay motivated!!!

It’s fun and the instructors are nice. Parking is also easy and there are classes at all different times. The exercises are hard and I feel myself burning a lot of calories and sweating.nnUpdate. I’m down like 1/2 a pant size and I fit into my pair of mom jeans again

I initially signed up as a temporary member for 5 classes. After taking 2/3 classes with Andrea I really can’t believe how much I could really push myself at 8:15pm! Her classes are enthusiastic, motivating, and without a doubt one of the best exercises I’ve ever done. Definitely recommend if you’re trying to sculpt abs for the summer!!

I absolutely love CKO Clark. I came from the original CKO in Hoboken and this location meets all expectations! I love all the instructors that I've taken so far, especially Paige, Michelle, Alex and Olukayode. I absolutely love their energy, enthusiasm and loudness! You will not be upset if you go!

Went in to see the gym and the workers were very helpful and friendly. I felt like i was already a member. Thank you guys!
