If I have to be honest, it’s not the best gym but it sure is the best gym for 20 bucks. If you are person who really just wants to workout, this is the perfect place. Locker rooms look more like a high school type feel but overall it’s good to head in. For me, I really wanted a cheap membership and 20 bucks a month is a hella deal. I feel like sanitation could be improved a bit but other than that props to this retro fitness. Keeping a gym cheap and affordable.

5 star gym. Gym is always clean and equipment is in good shape.

I called in over a week ago to cancel my gym membership since I have relocated over 2 hours away. I was told that it wasn’t a problem, it could be taken care of over the phone. I provided my information, my account was pulled up & I was told it will be taken care of. Since then, I have been charged. I called in to see if there was an issue cancelling & was told “we don’t do that over the phone, so I don’t know who you spoke with.” The staff needs to be retrained on proper policies. This wouldn’t be an issue if I was given the proper information from the start.

Good gym to workout in. Kudos to their friendly and professional staff that's working hard to keep everyone safe during this time.

This place is horrible the franchisee and franchise. They will not cancel your account and if you are not able to go to the location will require you to send a certified letter to cancel, an absolute joke during the pandemic. Attorney General has started a case for this nonsense.
