Active Life Fitness

So happy to have joined the ALF family. My husband and I have always felt safe working out there throughout the pandemic. They only allow 5 people at a time and one trainer and we work out within our own pods with all the equipment we need for that day. We all wear our masks,nand the fans are on to circulate the air.nHand sanitizer and wipes are also in each pod to sanitize equipment after every use. We enjoy our time there as the trainers are adults like us, and best of all, no mirrors!

Active Life Fitness has been a great gym for me to work out in. Marty, the owner sets personal goals for me to achieve, makes sure I am exercising in the right way, have the right form and the staff makes you feel like you have personal attention. Wether in the gym during these times or on zoom the staff keeps me motivated and engaged to reach goals with every session. I am over 50 and was looking for years to find the right environment with the right owners and staff to feel comfortable working out and sticking with it. ALF is that place for me!

I joined recently and Marty and the training staff are excellent. They focus on how you perform the training routines, providing guidance and advice.nThe facility offers all the required training equipment, and there is a strong focus on maintaining a safe environment in today’s concerns of a healthy and safety.nnWell done!!!

The owners and instructors are the most professional, caring, and inspiring group of people I've ever worked out with! They take the time to get to know you and then design a workout program that best fits your needs, wants, and limits. The gym is exceptionally clean at all times and COVID safe. We each get our own pods with all of the equipment to work out with. Disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizers are easily accessible all around the gym. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
