Nicole's Yoga Center

A little hard to find, but when you do it's quite a joy.nIt's actually located in the back of the Blue Ribbon Shopping Center. In a space shared with a Japanese Karate dojo, Nicole's Yoga Center is a large, open space but you would never know it from the outside. Once you step inside however, you feel like you are walking into an Asian temple, from the bubbling sound of the water in the garden room to the soft bamboo workout floor to the relaxing colors and asian inspired wood paneling, it's a beautiful space.nFrom the floor you can look up into the trees or focus on a unique relaxing style of yoga in a hidden gem in Garwood for over 20 years.

When I lived in Cranford, I went to Nicole's for many years. It was the best and can't find anything like it down here. Miss the studio.
