Crunch Fitness - Garwood

This gym is amazing. Staff is nice and they allow you to practice martial arts. The gym itself is very clean and handles it's covid-19 policy very well and takes it seriously. Definitely coming back.

The saga continues trying to get this place to go away. Is the gym that never has a manager still and is continuing to try and charge me for a membership I have proof of canceling back in January. I never received any of the refunds they said they were going to give instead keeps continuing to bother me. Anyone else who sees this and wants to be part of the class action law suit please let me know. I will be posting this every wear. Tired of this place not leaving me alone.nndays later and i still can not get intouch with a manager this is just insane how they continue to refuse to take care of issues.

I had to freeze my Personal Training account in October due to health problem. I was told that since this is frozen, I will not be charged for PT until the end of my frozen date in April. The document was signed and I thought that the agreement was binding. Since October, my checking account was charged the PT fee and when I call, I seem to get the run around on how I can get my money back. 3 months later, I am still getting charged and when I call the Garwood gym, I can never talk to the manager. Either the PT manager was either on lunch, have to leave due to family emergency, not working for the day, or finally no longer working there. I tried the office manager as well and still cannot get a hold of any manager to speak to them. I have a copy of the freeze document from October and I am still getting charged as of today. I know I am not the only one to complaint but what do I have to do to get this issue resolved. I have so many sessions under my account due to this and I do not know when I will be able to use them.

This is a review of issue with their response since pandemic. The state closed gyms and they were not suppose to charge. Needless to say they continued to charge since pandemic. They refuse to acknowledge the issue and now want to send me to collections. Wonder if they received a PPP loan?
