This studio is the absolute best! The coaches are amazing and everything is always so clean and organized. Highly recommend this studio!

i signed up for this gym membership for a month. The workout is alright. Nothing special here. There are way better options out there. This gym is soo focused on getting people's money and will try to rip you off. When you cancel, they charge you extra month fee for no reason and says its part of their contract. No gym time being used here, but still they charge you just because they want to get you your money. I even called 30 days in advance to cancel according to their policy. When i asked the manager, she said she doesn't know, other than they just want to take your money (and that's 100$). It would be acceptable if i were to continue to use their gym. But that's not the case. Your money is better spent elsewhere. So many other options out there.

I love the workout and the ability to measure and track my results (who doesn't like to become a better version of themselves, right?) but it's the coaches and team that keep me coming back - thanks OTF Garwood!

This is one of the BEST workouts I have ever experienced. The community is so supportive and challenging at the same time. I finally feel like I have found the workout that will actually work for me. Thanks OrangeTheory Garwood!!!

A gym that truly cares about its members. If you want a change from your typical atmosphere, give this place a try! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
