If you're looking for a gym to begin your fitness road or to take it to another level this is the place. The atmosphere, the people, and the equipment is unmatched. It's grungy, but it needs to be. You're here to work. The owner is a fantastic guy offering a cheap membership, and if he sees you're not coming he stops payment. He's what owners should be in every regard.

A good place to build and grow you strength. Very friendly environment where respect is at its highest level. Well equipped that you do not need to wait for someone to finish before you can workout .
