Great all around experience. I called to have a lock replaced on my front door that was over 100 years old. They were extremely responsive and even moved up my appointment when they had a cancellation. Very professional and highly recommended!

Owner was very friendly, was available on a Sunday, and was able to make us a set of keys that day; however, the HUD keys he made for us did not work. We went to another locksmith who showed us how these keys were made incorrectly. We wasted a lot of time going to a property to be locked out thanks to these incorrectly cut keys. We ended up getting the keys made correctly, and for less, elsewhere.

Fast, friendly, and very good price. Highly recommend. I went straight to his shop, but they're mobile as well which is a nice bonus :)

He is knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, answers all questions and even gave advise on how to take care of my mortise lock in the future. I have used their services a number of times and would not go anywhere else.
